New Arrivals — New York City delivery and pickup
Eligible physically in-stock New Arrival orders can use our NYC doorstep service: $5.99 delivery on orders of $30 or more to eligible Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens addresses. Order and pay before 2 PM Eastern for delivery by 6-7PM the next day. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout; we will confirm the delivery arrangements.
Bronx residents: shop SkinSwaag Beauty on DoorDash for same-day availability. DoorDash confirms its service area, fees and estimated arrival time before you order. Arrival within one hour is not guaranteed.
Prepaid pickup is by confirmed appointment only, daily from 7 PM to 10 PM Eastern. Schedule through website chat, WhatsApp text, SMS or our social DMs. Wait for your email confirmation before travelling, and bring it with you. No walk-ins. Pickup is arranged with Customer Care rather than through the checkout pickup option.
At SkinSwaag Beauty, we are committed to processing and delivering orders safely, accurately and efficiently. Every order is carefully prepared and transferred to the appropriate shipping carrier or fulfillment service for delivery.
Processing & handling time
Standard shipped orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on major U.S. public holidays.
Domestic shipping — 🇺🇸United States
Rates below apply to eligible products in our general shipping profile. Available methods depend on the products and destination in your order. OSUFI products use a U.S. express-only profile at $19.99 and are not eligible for the general-profile free standard shipping offer. Puerto Rico has separate rates: $9.99 standard for eligible general-profile products or $19.99 express for OSUFI. Partner-fulfilled items may use carrier-calculated rates. Mixed orders may incur charges from more than one shipping profile; the full shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

International shipping

Customs, duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other government charges required by the destination country. These charges are not controlled or collected by SkinSwaag Beauty unless clearly stated at checkout.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided they have not entered processing. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy where applicable.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is lost, arrives damaged or experiences an unusual delay, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@skinswaagbeauty.com — we will investigate and work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
Delivery delays
Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Items within the same order may occasionally ship separately from different fulfillment locations — tracking will be provided for each shipment where available.
We appreciate your patience when circumstances outside our control affect your delivery.
