My journey became deeply personal after a harsh product left my sensitive skin looking troubled, with dark patches around my eyes. A stranger’s cruel comment on the train shook my confidence, and I went home in tears.

I spent more than $1,000 searching for something that suited my skin. Then I discovered Korean skincare. I began with a toner, added a serum and later a cleanser. As I found a routine that worked better for me, my confidence began to return.
That experience inspired SkinSwaag Beauty: a place where women can discover celebrated favourites and affordable, lesser-known finds. My background in customer-facing roles taught me the importance of listening, thoughtful service and helping women feel welcome.
Today, I share the approach that helped me feel more confident in my own skin as a woman of colour, with serums, cleansers and moisturizers available at SkinSwaag Beauty. My team and I welcome your questions through our customer concierge and are here to help you find your glow.
